Paris - 3 nights

Day 1: Arrive Paris

Arrive in Paris and collect your bags. As you exit customs you will be met by a representative that will help you with your luggage and escort you to your hotel where you will stay for three nights. After you check in, head over to the Hard Rock Cafe and pick up you 2-Day Paris Pass. Then you are free to relax and enjoy the City of Light.

Day 2:

After an early breakfast make your way to The Louvre Museum for a guided group tour. Afterwards, you are free to explore on your own. This is a great time to activate your Paris Pass and take in the beautiful sculpture at the Rodin Museum or to visit the Cathedral of Notre Dame, which is widely considered the finest example of French Gothic architecture. Use the evening to savor exquisite Parisian cuisine and wine.

GUIDED VISIT OF THE LOUVRE MUSEUM - The famous Grand Louvre walking tour begins with a stroll through the commercial area of the Louvre Museum. The visit continues inside where your expert guide will escort you through several sections of the museum. This includes the medieval fortress, the modern pyramid and the most reputed masterpieces, such as the "Mona Lisa" by Leonardo da Vinci. At the end of the tour you have the option to stay longer on your own should you desire.

Day 3:

The morning is yours! After breakfast you can enjoy a stroll along the Seine, the magnificent view from atop the Eiffel Tower or the high-end shops on the Champs-Elysees. This afternoon you will prepare dessert in a traditional French kitchen. Just this once, you can indulge in some French sweets before venturing out on your own for dinner.

DESSERT OR CHOCOLATE CLASS - For those with a sweet tooth, spend the afternoon learning to make two or three different dessert/chocolate specialties with your French hostess in her private home. You may get the chance to make pralines, rochers, truffes au chocolat or a mendiant. The session includes cooking, cafe, a tasting pause, and a takeaway bag filled with tasty chocolates souvenirs to bring home to family and friends.

Rome - 3 nights

Day 4: Arrive Rome

After breakfast you will be met in the lobby by your transfer representative who will take you to the airport for your flight to Rome. Arrive to Rome, collect your bags and exit customs. You will be met by a representative that will help you with your luggage and escort you to your hotel where you will stay for three nights. Today you are free to do what you please. Travel back in time by roaming the ancient streets of Rome. Make sure to dine in one of the fantastic local restaurants; start your trip right by indulging in some Italian cuisine that is simply bellissimo.

Day 5:
After breakfast you will be met in the lobby of your hotel for your full-day city sightseeing tour. This private tour is an excellent way to explore Rome's many neighborhoods and the themes of religion, ancient history, art and architecture. Afterwards, you will be free to spend the evening dining and relaxing as you please.

PRIVATE ESSENCE OF ROME TOUR - This one-day, private walking tour is a wonderful way to experience all of the city's main attractions. You will have a chance to visit the great icons of Rome, including the ancient Colosseum and Forum as well as the historic city center. After this unforgettable view and exploration of the ancient world, you will head over to Vatican City. At the Vatican Museums, you will see and experience the museums' most famous objects of art and architecture, including the Sistine Chapel. After, you can marvel at the enormous Basilica of St. Peter, soaking in the anecdotes of popes, saints, and artists. Ending your tour in true Roman style, you will take a stroll through Rome's most beautiful squares where you will see the city's most famous monuments including the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.

Day 6:

On your second full day in Italy you will get a chance to experience the bustling city of Naples and to step back in time to explore the fascinating ruins of Pompeii. Upon your return to Rome make sure to join the Italians for a late dinner.

NAPLES AND POMPEII TOUR - This fullday tour will whisk you along the "Sun Route," through the beautiful regions of Lazio and Campania. Once in Naples, you will enjoy a panoramic city tour before continuing towards Pompeii. After a short visit to a cameo factory, you will visit the excavations of this world-famous Roman town, giving you a glimpse of what everyday life was like in 79 A.D.

Day 7:
Enjoy breakfast and take one final walk through the charming squares of Rome before meeting your transfer representative in the lobby of your hotel. You will be assisted with your luggage and escorted to the airport for your flight home. Be sure to say "Arrivederci" to Italia as you take off from Rome's Fiumicino Airport.
