Our lakefront resort pool and jacuzzi are ideal for lazing away and completely relaxing on your vacation or on your day off from the attractions. The pool area is open from dawn to dusk.

Keep your regime going at your own pace. Work out each morning in our fitness center overlooking the pool and lake.

Home to natural lakes and tranquil gardens, Balmoral, is a quiet retreat ideal for morning walks, yet not far from all the great attractions Central Florida has to offer.

- Balmoral Resort is exclusively a vacation only resort. Our resort is even more unique in the sense that all of our homes are furnished exactly the same, no matter the size
- All of our homes are brand new, we held our official Grand Opening in March 2017 and Phase II construction is currently in the progress.
- We currently have 2 & 3 Bedroom Townhomes, as well as 3-6 Bedroom single family homes all with a private swimming pool. We will have 8 bedroom homes available by Summer of 2018.
- With 4 natural lakes within our resort we do have premium water view homes, these are available for an additional cost of $15.00 plus tax per night

Our Daily Resort Fees are $20.00 plus tax per home.
- All guests who stay 5 nights or less, are required to pay a cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is waived for guests staying 6 nights or more. Cleaning Fee prices vary per home type.
- Our guests have the option of paying a one time non-refundable Property Protection Fee at the time of booking. They may also opt to place a one time $500 hold on their Credit Card hold is of course released upon property inspection after check out. Property Protection Fees vary by home type.
- We require a 2 night minimum.
- Check In is at 4:00PM, Check Out is 10:00AM for any home with 5 bedrooms or more, and 11:00AM for our Townhomes and single family pool homes with 4 bedrooms or less.
- We have a casual dining restaurant and bar with outdoor seating and pool service onsite. The restaurant is open daily from 11:30AM-9:00PM.
