Itinerary

• After you collected your luggage, please meet your driver outside baggage claim for your shuttle ride from Louisville International Airport to the hotel. 
• 3:00 pm: Check in at The Brown Louisville Downtown Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
   

Friday May 3, 2024:

• 8:00 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs begins. Transportation will run continuously all day.
  • Transportation will contiunuously run all morning and you can depart to Churchill Downs when you are ready.
• 10:30 am: First post
• 5:49 pm: Start time to the 2023 Kentucky Oaks race
• Return transportation: Transportation will run continuously all day from the same location you were dropped off at to the hotel.
   

Sunday May 75 2024:

• 7:00 am-2:00 pm: Sunday Brunch at The Brown Hotel restaurant.
• 12:00 pm: Check-out at The Brown Downtown Louisville
• After check-out, receive your transfer back to Louisville International Airport
