As you may have heard, Questex Media Group, the parent company of Travel Agent Magazine, Luxury Trm and Luxury Travel Expo, has reported that it has reached an agreement with its senior lenders that allows it to reduce the company's debt and strengthen its capital structure. The company's lenders and a private equity firm continue to support the business, and in fact, have contributed more capital during this amicable financial restructuring.

This does not affect our staff, suppliers or clients. We will continue to deliver the same excellent client services we have been known for the past 80 years. We continue to end the year on an upswing in both print and digital media.
